The decision algorithm of the linear differential equations in the field of transforms of Walsh transformations with use of decomposition on intrinsic values and intrinsic vectors of matrix differentiation operators is offered. It is produced multiple orthogonal transformation (named RTF) with decomposition on complex exponents on the frequencies corresponding intrinsic values.References
