Normalization of discrete orthogonal transformations by a test signal

Abstract

A new technique is suggested for adjustment of the discrete orthogonal transformation to a test signal. As a result, we obtain a modified orthogonal transformation, whose transform maps the test signal within the provisions stated in this paper. Deviations of graphic elements of the signal to be classified from the test one leads to emergence of nonzero transforms with higher numbers.
