range, velocity, acceleration, quasi-likelihood estimate, probability of anomalous errorsAbstract
Characteristics of quasi-likelihood estimates of the target range, velocity, and acceleration have been found with due regard for anomalous errors. The losses in reliability of quasi-likelihood estimates as compared with the reliability of maximum likelihood estimates were also found.
