The electrodynamic calculation of an infinite waveguide PAA with matching periodic structure

A three-dimensional problem dealing with the radiation of electromagnetic wave from the plane infinite PAA consisting of the main array and the subarray spaced certain distance apart and having the same geometry of the cross-section has been solved. The impact of geometrical dimensions (subarray length and its distance from the main array) on the PAA matching with free space was investigated in the frequency range and angle range of scanning. The investigation of frequency properties of PAA with matching structure was performed for the triangular and rectangular grids of radiator arrangement.
