The use of the nonstationary Volterra series tool for multifrequency analysis of a semiconductor parametric amplifier

The tool of nonstationary Volterra series has been applied for analyzing a semiconductor parametric amplifier. The gain factor and the intermodulation product of the third order were calculated at different parameters of the device circuit.
