This study presents a technique for estimating the efficiency of applying the model of mixed expansion of non-classical type matrix games for minimization of generalized costs required to organize and control the technical condition of a group of complex systems by the criterion of the reliability of substantiation of the decision made under conditions of uncertainty for a set of game matrices specified by the characteristic property.
