Digital model of radiolocation scattering by sea surface when it is probed by coastal radiolocation station

It is synthesized on a heuristic level a simplified variant of digital model of radiolocation scattering of a signal, when sea surface is probed. This model takes into account technical parameters and real geometric dimensions of coastal radiolocation station situation.
