Abstract

In this paper results of numerical simulation and experimental research of antenna array element with circular directional diagram on a basis of irradiator in form of coaxial transmit line with radial irradiated slot, fulfilled with dielectric. Dispersion matrix elements behavior and directional diagram dependence on irradiator geometrical parameters are considered. It is shown that similar irradiator provides sufficiently small reflections |Г| ≤ –20 dB in a frequency band ±8%.
