Characteristics invariant with respect to the group of functional random processes (signals) transformations are considered which describe their information properties. On the basis of Boolean algebra apparatus the measure of information quantity which allows estimating the quantity of information carried by random processes (signals) is axiomatically derived along with information relations between separate elements of random processes.
