The mean value of derivative of phase modulus of the harmonic signal and Gaussian noise sum

The expression for mean value of derivative of phase modulus of the signal and narrow-band Gaussian noise sum, when signal’s frequency does not coincide with center frequency of noise, is obtained. The derivative of phase is a quotient of random functions and sum envelope.
