Abstract

A relatively simply realizable quasioptimal time position and pulse period measurer is suggested which is based on maximum likelihood estimations of time position or separate pulses. The measurer characteristics are calculated taking into consideration anomal errors. It is shown that joint quasioptimal estimation appears to be asymptotically efficient with increasing signal to noise ratio for each pulse of the sequence.
