An algorithm for estimating the frequency shift of radiosignals with the aid of LFM reference signal

Abstract

The paper considers an algorithm for estimating the frequency shift of radio signals with the aid of a reference signal with linear frequency modulation. The original technique of analysis makes it possible to find the lower and upper boundary of variance of the frequency shift estimate. Optimization of the time of coherent accumulation is carried out. The computer-aided simulation confirmed the obtained characteristics.
