Combined phase-frequency control in synthesis of frequency readjustment devices

The paper presents new analytical expressions for the amplitude-frequency and phase frequency modulation characteristics at the combined (phase-frequency) method of generator’s frequency readjustment. Investigations are performed for the frequency modulation characteristic at the harmonic action, and for the law of frequency variations at modulation by a pulse sequence. The paper includes data for new variants of the method implementation, particularly, those distinguished with a raised signal-to-noise ratio of the oscillation formed. Efficiency of the combined control in various spheres of human knowledge is discussed.References
