Abstract

The paper describes a new algorithm for elimination of ambiguities in bearing measurements. The latter arise due to signal reception through background lobes of radiation pattern of the direction finder antenna. Based on a practical example, the estimates of bearing generation probability and of direction finding accuracy are obtained.
