Determination of dielectric characteristics of absorbing mediums in frequency and electronic readjustment slope of the oscillator based on Gunn diode stabilized by quasioptical dielectric resonator

Abstract

Q-factors of intrinsic oscillations of partially screened half-disk dielectric resonator are investigated. Relations between frequency change and an electronic readjustment slope of the oscillator based on the Gunn diode stabilized by partially screened quasioptical dielectric resonator and concentration of binary water solutions of acetone and ethyl spirit are obtained. The correlation between change of autogeneration frequency and an electronic readjustment slope and increments of real and imaginary parts of substance permittivity is shown. The relations for calculation of dielectric characteristics of absorbing mediums in geometro-optical approximation are produced.
