The paper describes a relatively simple quasioptimal measurer of pulse repetition period based on maximumprobable estimates of time position of individual pulses. The measurer characteristics are determined with regard for abnormal errors. The quasioptimal estimation is shown to be asymptotically effective when the signal-to-noise ratio grows for each next pulse of the sequence.References
