Self-adjustment in delay time of the noise-like signal with frequency-keying

The paper describes a new quasioptimal algorithm of time discrimination for a self-adjustment system in the delay time of noise-like signals with a minimum of frequency keying. Analysis of noise stability of the algorithm is included.References
