Analytical representations of polarized signals in the time and frequency domains are considered as complex spatial-orthogonal processes with quadrature components related the each other by Hilbert’s transform. The representation is convenient for treatment of problems in concern with statistical synthesis of optimal measurers of polarization parameters.References
