The paper presents results of investigation of a domain-acoustic correlation processor, equipped with a long-term memory, for processing complex radio pulses. The basic functional materials of the processor represented a set of specimens of polycrystalline yttrium iron garnet, and epitaxial films in the shape of plates and rings. The specimens were excited by piezoelectric transducers with different polarization of ultrasonic oscillations, and the largest amplitude of the self-correlation function was recorded for shear waves with longitudinal polarization and in specimens with ring-shaped geometry.References
