Nonuniform Markovian models of reliability of complex radioelectronic systems

Abstract

The paper presents analysis of different types of the integrated criterion of reliability of complex radioelectronic systems. Possibilities of their usage for describing the dynamics of failures of the systems are assessed with regard for the equipment ageing, particularly, based on the nonuniform Markovian models.
