Normalization of a reference signal with constant quantization step

Abstract

A new normalization method called “in terms of level”, which is based on instantaneous values of a reference signal, is suggested. An equidistant quantization step of a reference signal in this case let overcome the inconvenience of normalization “in terms of step”. The using of fundamental principles of this method was presented by example of Walsh-Kaczmarz and cosine transformations.
