Since 1 January 2019 next changes in the Author Guidelines are appeared. Update version is presented on the cover of the journal Izvestiya Vysshikh Uchebnykh Zavedenii. Radioelektronika (Russian version of the journal Radioelectronics and Communications Systems) and on the official web-site.

Changes since 2019:

The article is submitted in Ukrainian or Russian. The article is submitted in English only in the case when at least one of the authors does not know the above languages.
The editors of the journal "Radioelectronics and Communications Systems" are guided in their work by the principles of publication ethics. Statements on compliance with ethical standards and standards of research involving humans and animals is added.
The number of reviewing rounds is limited to three. Rounds from above are possible only at the request of reviewers.

Radioelectronics and Communications Systems — 2017-04-23

Since 1 January 2017 next changes in the author guidelines are appeared. Update version is presented on the cover of the journal Izvestiya Vysshikh Uchebnykh Zavedenii. Radioelektronika (Russian version of the journal Radioelectronics and Communications Systems) and on the official web-site.

Changes since 2017:

The reviewing is blind.
The volume of the paper is determined 12 pages A4, font Times New Roman 12 pt, singe space, all margins 2 cm.
Information about authors (names, affiliations) is NOT PRESENTED inside the manuscript. Instead of this information the text "Author 1, автор 2, …" has to be printed. All information about authors is presented at the separate sheet as pair "Author 1 = author's information".
In author's information iD ORCID is added.
The stage "Face control" (FC), which used for checking of new manuscripts, is added. This stage is inserted after manuscript receiving and before review sending. Articles that did not pass the FC stage are rejected according to formal criteria. The points of FC stage are presented separately.
Now each figure can be signed.
The deadline for the copyedit process of the article is 6 months from the date of sending on revision. If this period is exceeded, the article is rejected from the publication by the expiry date.
