I'd like to take out a subscription for your journal but bank does not accept payment? (Russia)
Banks of Russian Federation do not accept payments for subscription on the journal 'Izvestiya VUZ. Radioelektronika'...
ONLY by reason of incorrect filling in payment order. In section Subsciption there are presented payment order examples (see bottom of page, attachments) which were made payment.
