Royalties pay for articles published in the international journal Izvestiya VUZ. Radioelektronika (NTUU KPI, Ukraine) in 2009 (see Author Index, Vol. 52, 2009) and came out in the journal Radioelectronics and Communications Systems (Allerton Press, Inc., USA). To obtaine royalties it is necessary to send statement certificate by mail, fax or e-mail (see example published in journal) into address:

Payment royalties for articles published in the journal Izvestiya VUZ. Radioelektronika in 2008 and 2007 years are continued. The separate statement sertificate for each year is neseccary.
