Abstract

This paper presents the results of development of a fully hybrid integrated transceiver designs. Transceivers are a part of user station equipment of a broadband access system in a 12 and 26 GHz frequency ranges. The major attention is paid to development of polarization selection devices, filters and low phase noise oscillators of frequency converters. Theoretical and experimental results of developed modules are presented. Transceivers’ designs are described and main characteristics are measured.
