Abstract

Peculiarities of interpolating the parameters which encode the shape of the speech signal’s envelope in the space of linear spectral pairs on the example of the G.729 recommendation are considered. Results of experimental research of the interpolation processes of the similar parameters in the equivalent classical spaces are discussed. It is shown that carrying out the interpolation in the space of linear spectral parameters of the highest regression allows significantly decreasing the relative interpolation error if compared with interpolation in the classical spaces.
