Abstract

A game-theoretic model of solving the problem of diagnosing complex systems was proposed enabling us to estimate the costs related to the system malfunction depending on the number of realizations of the diagnostics algorithm. This model is referred to the class of matrix games of non-classical type. The expressions were derived enabling us to determine optimal strategies for an arbitrary number of possible malfunctions and test sequences.
