Abstract

The paper considers wide-range small-size integrated generator modules in IMPATT diodes with varactor readjustment of frequency. The devices have a raised level of output power and low level of AFR nonuniformity. The work includes results of experimental investigation of the generator brassboard models manufactured with regard to mathematical simulation results.
