Abstract

As an example of simulation of reliability of radio-engineering system operation, the paper considers the General Purpose Simulation System World (GPSS World)—the worldwide system of imitative simulation of general purpose. A radio-engineering system is regarded in this case as a queuing system (QS). The work gives analytical calculation of the operational readiness and out-of-operation factors of a radio-engineering system. With the aid of the “GPSS World” simulation system, comparative analysis of results of calculation of these parameters is performed by the analytical and imitative methods.
