Abstract

The paper considers the worldwide system of imitative simulation “GPSS World” (General Purpose Simulation System World). A radio-engineering system is regarded in this case as a queuing system (QS). The work includes calculation of major operation parameters of a multichannel open QS—by the analytical method and with the aid of the general-purpose simulation system “GPSS World”. Comparative analysis of results of calculation of these parameters, performed by the analytical and imitative methods, is also included.
