Abstract

The paper considers an approach to spectral identification of speech signals with the use of dependencies on the frequency of the spectrum of quantiles xα(f) of the module of Fourier (Hartley) spectrum of speech signals. The method is immune to abnormal interference in the channels of communication, recording, and reproduction of speech signals.
