Abstract

The paper shows the possibility of controlling the radiation pattern in space by means of moving the irradiator over the focal surface with its radius equal to a half of the spherical mirror radius. A new method is suggested for calculation of radiation characteristics of a spherical antenna with its irradiator in the shape of a cylindrical spiral.
