Algorithms for improving radar resolving capacity in the surface surveillance

Abstract

New algorithms are suggested for simultaneous improvement of range and azimuth resolving capacity of pulse airborne radar systems — in the conditions of “synthesis of antenna aperture” and of “actual beam” with electronic scanning. The algorithms are based of methods of reconstruction of radar images of the surface based on integral observations.
